California Foundation Fund

California Foundation Fund (CAFF) is a non profit, independent, organization that engages in program execution and evaluation for economic self-sufficiency. CAFF was founded to help improve and maintain the economic vitality within the State of California.  Our program development is individually focused on three basic principals.  Financial Education, Financial Management and Asset Transference are our core principals. CAFF has a team of executives in educational management, behavioral science, research, and financial industries who develop, execute and evaluate a narrow set of high impact and replicable programs within culturally similar communities.

Our programs help potential bank customers participate in the U.S. financial system and help financial institutions strengthen their communities.

These programs often assist residents of lower-income neighborhoods to build wealth and participate in the American financial system. At the same time, financial advocacy and education activities enable financial institutions to extend the reach of their products and services to low- and moderate-income persons and to unbanked and underbanked markets, and thereby, grow their customer base.
